“I want to make her life better by being the best thing in it.”

★★★ (3.5 / 5 stars) Enjoyed this one! Nothing too special that really swept me off my feet, but the arcs were cute. I loved the Tripps’ drama but wasn’t a huge fan of the “investigation/interview” bits. They were small and sparse and didn’t add a big layer of intrigue the way I think they were hoping for.

Ultimately, this was a predictable rom-com that was sweet and entertaining. Definitely a feel-good book for those needing escapism, and I LOVED the narrators for the Audio edition.

Looking forward to more wonderful stories from Christina Lauren!
